At Forme Fitwear, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. We strive to provide our customers with a seamless and hassle-free return process. Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth return experience.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as underwear and swimwear, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Timeframe:

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Process:

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Formefitwear@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and further instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package the item securely, including the original packaging and any accessories or documents that came with it.
  4. Clearly write the return authorization number (RAN) on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange in your communication with our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Final Sale Items:

Some items may be marked as final sale, which means they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product description or contact our customer support team if you have any questions about the eligibility of an item for return or exchange.
